It all starts with clean electronics. The internal driver is engineered to EMC CISPR 25 Class 3 standards, which means it is rigorously tested to ensure it won’t interfere with your GPS, telematics, or communication gear. The powerful 2,400 lumen output comes from six efficient 4-watt LEDs, throwing a wide, even spread of 6,000 K cold white light exactly where you need it. The entire unit is housed in tough, die-cast aluminium, which not only resists impacts but also acts as an excellent heat sink for a long, dependable service life.

We built the LG968 for hard work in tough weather. The lens and housing are sealed to an IP68 rating, ready for high-pressure washing and sustained exposure to wet conditions. We've also fitted a breather filter to manage internal pressure, preventing the seals from being stressed during rapid temperature changes. With its versatile 9–32 V DC voltage range, it runs happily on 12 V or 24 V systems, making it a perfect fit for everything from tractors and excavators to service vans and 4x4s. At just 82 mm wide, it’s compact enough to mount on cabs, bumpers, or booms where space is tight.
