Inside, you'll find six high-intensity OSRAM LEDs, known across the industry for their longevity and consistent output. The housing is a heavy-duty plastic with a tough PMMA lens, built to handle the knocks and scrapes of daily work. We've sealed the unit to an IP67 rating, so it’s not bothered by driving rain, road spray, or pressure washing in the depot.

Getting it fitted and keeping it legal is straightforward. The light is fully e-mark certified and ECE approved, a non-negotiable for any professional fleet. We've also engineered it with integrated EMC radio suppression, so it won't interfere with your GPS or communication systems – a common problem solved. Because it runs on any voltage from 10–30V DC, you can standardise it across a mixed fleet of trucks, trailers, tractors, or construction machinery.

Installation is simple. Its ultra-slim 96 mm x 20 mm x 8 mm body allows for a flush, low-profile fit on almost any flat surface, reducing the risk of it being snagged or damaged. Each unit comes pre-wired, ready to connect straight into your vehicle's electrical system. For bull bar applications, an optional rubber gasket (LG116G) is also available to ensure a secure, cushioned fit.
