Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are weight-based. Please refer to the table below for the applicable rates.

For certain items, shipping costs may differ from the table above due to the nature of the product. Any such deviation will be clearly indicated on the respective product page.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases which we are not responsible for and which must be borne by you. These may include, for example, fees for money transfers via financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import-related duties and taxes (e.g., customs).

Delivery Times

The delivery time stated on the product page applies to deliveries within Germany. Delivery times for other countries are calculated by adding the following surcharges:

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

For payment by advance bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the close of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day will take its place.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the overall delivery time for the shipment is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Payment Information

Advance Payment by Bank Transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and include the payment reference. Our bank details and the payment reference will be provided separately by email during the checkout process.

PayPal

Only a few steps to pay:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.

2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.

3. If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.

4. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and “pay by invoice” via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not required.

5. You will then be redirected back to our shop.
