The LG820REU right-hand headlight combines 60 W high beam, 30 W low beam, 10 W DRL and 10 W indicators (front/rear) in a single IP68 aluminium unit. Output is a strong 5,600 lumens at a crisp 6000 K cold white, giving clear definition of ground conditions, attachments and obstacles. At 12 lux you get usable light at 50 m, while the 1 lux beam reaches 186 m, so operators can work with confidence on the road and in the yard.

The housing is powder-coated aluminium with IP68 ingress protection, so it resists dust and high‑pressure water immersion during wash-downs and wet site work. Inside, high‑intensity CREE XTE LEDs provide a long 50,000 h rated life, reducing change-outs on busy fleets. EMC performance is controlled to CISPR 25 Class 4, so the lamp won’t interfere with in‑cab radios, control systems or telemetry.
