180 Watt LED Curved Work Light Bar – LG802
The 180 W LED curved work light bar LG802 delivers a wide, even wash of light across the full working area. Designed for heavy agricultural, construction and utility vehicles, it gives you reliable, high-output illumination where standard work lights fall short. Fully ECE R10 and EMC CISPR 25 Class 4 compliant, it protects your vehicle electronics while you work.
This curved LED bar is built for long nights and hard shifts. Sixty 3 W high-intensity CREE XTE LEDs produce up to 14,400 lumens of clean 6,000 K cold white light, giving you clear definition of implements, ground conditions and hazards. The gentle curve of the housing spreads the beam across the full width of the machine, while the combi / flood pattern pushes usable light out to the sides and forward, so you’re not working into dark corners.
The LG802 runs on 9–32 V DC, so it’s at home on both 12 V and 24 V systems. That makes it a strong upgrade for mixed fleets: tractors, telehandlers, harvesters, excavators, loaders and utility trucks. The die-cast aluminium housing manages heat efficiently, protecting LED performance and lifespan, while the PMMA lens keeps weight down but resists impact and vibration on rough ground.
In harsh conditions, protection matters. With an IP68 ingress rating, the bar is protected against dust and prolonged immersion, so pressure spray, slurry, fertiliser dust or quarry fines are not a problem in normal operation. The light is compliant with ECE R10 and tested to EMC CISPR 25 Class 4, so it won’t interfere with radio, GPS, ISOBUS or control systems on modern tractors and plant. At 887 × 114 × 90 mm, it fits well on cab roofs, front linkages, loader headstocks and roof rails using universal brackets or custom mounts from your fitter.
Key Features

- 60 × 3 W CREE XTE LEDs – high-intensity chips for proven reliability and consistent lumen performance
- Up to 14,400 lm luminous output – bright, usable working light for demanding night operations
- 6,000 K cold white colour temperature – crisp, neutral light that improves contrast and reduces eye strain over long shifts
- Curved combi / flood beam pattern – wide lateral spread with forward reach, ideal for large machines and broad implements
- 9–32 V DC operating range – compatible with 12 V and 24 V electrical systems across mixed fleets
- Die-cast aluminium housing with PMMA lens – robust, impact-resistant build engineered for vibration and harsh environments
- IP68 rated – dust-tight and protected against prolonged immersion, suitable for heavy wash-down and wet working conditions
- Service life 50,000 h+ – long operating life reduces maintenance downtime and replacement costs
- ECE R10 & EMC CISPR 25 Class 4 compliant – minimises electrical interference with radios, GPS, CAN bus and sensitive control electronics
- Dimensions 887 × 114 × 90 mm (W × H × D) – practical size for cab roofs, roll bars, gantries and grille mounts
Ideal Applications
- Agricultural machinery – tractors, harvesters, sprayers, telehandlers and loaders working long hours in the field or yard
- Construction and earthmoving – excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, graders and rollers on site or in quarry environments
- Utility and municipal vehicles – service trucks, maintenance fleets, forestry equipment and winter service vehicles
