96 Watt LED High Low Beam Headlight with DRL – LG832EU
This 96 W LED high/low beam headlight with DRL is built for heavy tractors and agricultural machines that work long days and longer nights. It delivers a tight, road-legal beam pattern for Ireland and UK, with a bright daytime running light to keep you seen on lanes, yards, and public roads. Fully ECE approved and EMC-safe, it replaces common OEM oval units on Massey Ferguson, John Deere, New Holland, Claas and others with a serious upgrade in light output and durability.
You know the problem. Standard halogen or tired OEM lamps give a yellow, patchy beam and fade even faster when the tractor shakes its way through a long season. This LG832EU 96 W LED headlight solves that with high-intensity CREE XTE LEDs, producing up to 5,600 lumens of crisp 6000 K cold-white light. High beam, low beam and integrated DRL (Daytime Running Light) are all built into one rugged, oval housing.
High beam draws 60 W, low beam 30 W, with a dedicated 6 W DRL for daytime visibility without glare. The optic system is engineered for Ireland/UK left-hand traffic pattern, so the cut-off is clean, predictable and ECE R112 compliant for use on the road. At 50 m the beam still delivers 12 lux, and it reaches out to 186 m at 1 lux, so you can see headlands, gateways and obstacles in time to react, not guess.
The die-cast aluminium housing and fully sealed construction carry a tough IP68 rating, so dust stays out and the unit handles high-pressure washing and wet field work. It’s tested to 15 G vibration, which matters on tractors, telehandlers and harvesters where cheaper lights crack, fog or lose connections. EMC performance is equally serious: CISPR 25 Class 4 and ECE R10 approved, so it won’t upset radios, ISOBUS, GPS receivers or other electronics in the cab.
Electrically, it’s built for mixed fleets with a 9–32 V DC input range, so one part number covers 12 V and 24 V systems. Physical size is 208 × 154 × 118 mm (W × H × D), and it’s designed as a direct LED replacement for several OEM references, including 4291301M92, 4291301M91, 4384408M1, RE229115 LHT, RE2299111 RHT, ACW0422120. That means minimal bracket work, straightforward swap-out, and a clean integration into existing headlight pods.
Key Features
- Combined 96 W LED high/low beam with DRL – one compact oval unit replaces separate lamps and simplifies wiring and mounting.
- High beam 60 W / low beam 30 W / DRL 6 W – clear power split gives strong distance light, controlled dipped beam and efficient daytime running.
- Up to 5,600 lm luminous flux – far brighter than halogen, with proven CREE XTE high-intensity LEDs for long service life.
- 6000 K cold-white output – sharp, daylight-style colour that improves contrast on tracks, stubble, mud and yard surfaces.
- Ireland / UK headlight pattern – engineered dipped beam cut-off for left-hand traffic, compliant for on-road use.
- Measured performance: 12 lux at 50 m; 1 lux at 186 m – real, tested figures so you know exactly how far you can see.
- Rugged die-cast aluminium housing – manages LED heat correctly and provides a solid, corrosion-resistant shell for heavy-duty work.
- Ingress protection IP68 – fully dust-tight and built to handle immersion and aggressive cleaning typical of farm and contractor fleets.
- Vibration tested to 15 G – proven on machinery with harsh suspension and heavy implements, where lesser lights fail or flicker.
- ECE approved: R10, R112, R148 – road-legal headlamp and DRL operation with stable EMC behaviour on modern electronic vehicles.
- EMC: CISPR 25 Class 4 – high-level radio-frequency suppression to protect GPS, radios and control systems from interference.
- Wide input 9–32 V DC – suitable for both 12 V and 24 V systems across tractors, loaders, sprayers and harvesters.
- Size 208 × 154 × 118 mm (W × H × D) – compact oval footprint suited to many OEM pods and front fascia designs.
- OEM cross-references – replaces 4291301M92, 4291301M91, 4384408M1, RE229115 LHT, RE2299111 RHT, ACW0422120 for an easy LED upgrade.
Ideal Applications
- Massey Ferguson tractors including 8600, 8600 Series, 4700, 5700, 6600, 7600 and 8700 ranges as a direct or near-direct headlight upgrade.
- John Deere, New Holland, Claas, Case, Landini, Fendt and David Brown tractors and harvesters using the compatible oval headlamp format.
- Front headlights on heavy agricultural tractors and loaders working long hours in fields, yards, forestry tracks or municipal work.
- Contractor and fleet retrofits where reliable, EMC-safe LED lighting is required across mixed brand machinery.
- Road-going agricultural and municipal vehicles that need E-marked, UK/Ireland pattern LED headlamps with integrated DRL.
