Collapsible Side Mounted Beacon Bracket – LG3006
The LG3006 collapsible side mounted beacon bracket gives you a solid, side-mount solution for DIN / pole beacons that you can fold away in seconds. It’s designed for tractors, harvesters, construction and utility vehicles where roof space is limited or the beacon needs to be protected when not in use. A tough, lightweight construction keeps vibration under control while standing up to daily abuse on and off road.
This collapsible beacon bracket exists for a simple reason. Roof centres are crowded and vulnerable. Mirrors, air-con units, GPS domes, roof boxes – they all fight for space, and beacons are often the first thing to get knocked. By moving the beacon to the side of the cab and allowing it to fold down when not needed, the LG3006 helps prevent impact damage and keeps your warning light where it can be seen.
The bracket is engineered for DIN / pole spigot beacons, using the standard vertical pole interface used across most professional amber and clear warning beacons in Europe. That means you can retain your existing LED beacon stock and simply relocate it to a safer, more visible side position. Once raised, the bracket locks in place for stable operation; when work is done, you fold it down to clear low doors, tree branches or shed entrances.
Construction is tough but lightweight, so it doesn’t overload thin cab roofs or light bodywork. The design is universal-fit, so vehicle electricians and fleet technicians can integrate it into agricultural, municipal or construction fleets without special adapters. It’s a practical, long-term mounting solution that cuts down on broken beacons, repeat call-outs and frustrated operators.
Key Features
- Collapsible side-mounted design – fold the beacon down when not in use to reduce impact risk and snagging.
- DIN / pole spigot compatibility – accepts standard DIN / pole beacons, ideal for modern LED warning beacons already in your fleet.
- Universal fit – suitable for tractors, harvesters, construction and utility vehicles, giving you one bracket for mixed fleets.
- Tough, lightweight construction – engineered to handle vibration and daily use without adding undue stress to cab panels.
- Secure operating position – bracket locks upright for stable beacon performance during road travel and field work.
- Protects investment in beacons – helps reduce breakages, downtime and replacement costs on exposed roof-mounted beacons.
- Side-of-cab visibility – positions the beacon where it’s more visible from oblique angles on sites, yards and farm tracks.
Ideal Applications
- Agricultural machinery – tractors, sprayers, telehandlers and harvesters working in fields and on rural roads.
- Construction and plant – excavators, rollers, dumpers and site vehicles needing fold-down beacon mounting.
- Municipal and utility fleets – vans, pickups and maintenance trucks that regularly enter low-height depots or car parks.
- Industrial and yard vehicles – forklifts, loaders and site support vehicles where roof space is crowded.
