114 Watt LED High & Low Beam Headlight with DRL – LG885EU
This 114 W LED tractor and machinery headlight delivers powerful high beam, low beam and integrated DRL in a compact, OEM-style unit. Designed for modern agricultural and construction fleets, it gives crisp 6000 K cold white light with stable patterns that match factory optics. Fully ECE approved and EMC protected, it’s engineered for road use in Ireland and the UK without electrical interference issues.
When you’re running long days and nights, you need headlamps that simply work. No flicker. No dark spots. No guessing where the beam will land. The LG885EU combines 60 W high beam, 30 W low beam and 24 W daytime running light in a diecast aluminium housing that drops neatly into a wide range of Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Valmet, Landini, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Deutz-Fahr and FIAT applications via 9005 and AMP plug & play connectors.
Light output is a clean 6000 K cold white, so operators see row ends, headlands and obstacles with much sharper contrast than with halogen. The beam pattern is ECE R149 (R112) and ECE R148 (R7) approved, so it’s road-legal where required and controlled enough not to dazzle oncoming traffic. Because it carries ECE R10 and CISPR 25 Class 4 EMC protection, it’s suitable for modern CAN-bus machines where radio, GPS and ISOBUS noise is a concern.
The housing is compact at 115 × 108 × 124.6 mm (W × H × D) and built from diecast aluminium for thermal stability and long LED life. With IP68 ingress protection, it’s sealed against dust and long-term moisture exposure, so it copes with pressure washing, slurry, mud and daily farm abuse. Operating temperature from −40 °C to +60 °C means it’s proven in European winters and hot harvest conditions alike.
Installation is straightforward. OEM-style references include 1AL 009 998-001 RHT; 1LL 009 998-011 LHT; Massey Ferguson V63995000 LHT; Fendt 72618748; FIAT 50525990; Claas 21659480; Deutz-Fahr 2.8039.313.0; Fendt G260 900 20 20; Fendt G334.900.160.020 / G334900160021; Hako 5104150000; Caterpillar 539-0528; Komatsu 20G-06-51530; Landini 6603320A1; Valmet 63595600; AGCO 63595600 / G334 900 160 20 / V63595600 RHT. That means you’re not fabricating brackets or hacking looms; you’re replacing or upgrading existing lamps with a direct-fit LED headlight that keeps the machine looking original while drastically improving usable light.
