Shipping Costs

Free delivery is available for eligible standard orders over €99. The final shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery country, order value, weight, currency and available shipping method.

Our shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, shopping cart and available shipping method. Different shipping costs may apply depending on the country, currency, order value and shipping method.

Free delivery may be available for eligible standard orders in selected delivery regions. The final availability and exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.

For certain items, shipping costs may vary due to the size, weight or nature of the product. Any such differences will be shown at checkout where applicable.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply which are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer. These may include import duties, taxes, customs charges, exchange rate fees, bank transfer fees or payment provider fees.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the delivery destination. The delivery time stated on the product page applies to deliveries within Germany. For other countries, the additional delivery duration shown below is added to the German delivery time.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

For payment by advance bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the close of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day will take its place.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Payment Information

Advance Payment by Bank Transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and include the payment reference. Our bank details and the payment reference will be provided separately by email during the checkout process.

PayPal

Payment with PayPal is completed in just a few steps:

1. Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
3. If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.
4. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may be able to create one and then confirm the payment. For some PayPal payment options, a PayPal account may not always be required.
5. You will then be redirected back to our shop.
