Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at led-auto.eu. EU consumer rights are fully observed including the statutory 30-day right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal - EU Customers

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us by email at sales@led-auto.eu before the 30-day period expires. No further action is required until we confirm return instructions.

2. Return Conditions

Items must meet all of the following conditions to be accepted:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process

  1. Email sales@led-auto.eu with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back
  3. Ship the item securely using a tracked and insured service

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refund processed within 5–10 working days
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email sales@led-auto.eu with your order number and the item you would like instead
  2. Wait for confirmation that the replacement item is in stock
  3. Return the original item in unused, uninstalled, and original condition with all packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement

If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges are not available for used, installed, or custom-order items.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.

We will offer either a replacement at no cost, or a full refund including return shipping.

7. Warranty

All products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The following are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect installation or wiring
  • Misuse, modification, or external damage

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or installed products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items returned without original packaging

9. Business Customers

Returns and exchanges from business or trade customers are accepted only by prior written agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee.
