2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.ledauto.eu and govern the contractual relationship between LED AUTO and you, the customer.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The product descriptions in the online shop are not binding offers, but serve to submit a binding offer by the customer. The contract is concluded by accepting your order through a confirmation email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT.
Please note:
- For B2B customers, prices are displayed without VAT on the shop and product detail pages (PDP). However, VAT will still be included at checkout and in the cart, as required.
- For B2C customers, prices are displayed and charged with VAT throughout the entire shopping experience.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Giropay.
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs: Germany – €4.75 (free over €95), EU (except Ireland) – €14.75, Non-EU – €29.75.
Delivery times: Germany 1–2 days, EU 4–5 days, Non-EU approx. 7 days.
Non-EU customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and other related charges.
6. Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, you must inform us (LED GLOBAL MM GmbH, Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße 9, 63477 Maintal, sales@led-auto.eu) with a clear statement (e.g., by post or email).
You can use the sample revocation form available on our website.
Consequences: We will refund all received payments, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the revocation notification.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which may range from €20 to €100 depending on location and country.
7. Vehicle Planner Disclaimer
The Vehicle Planner offers visual suggestions for compatible headlights, but they are non-binding.
Manual modifications may be required, and adapted or customized products are excluded from return.
The planner does not reflect all product variations or availability.
8. Returns and Warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unmodified products.
Custom or vehicle-specific adjusted products are not returnable.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. The statutory warranty period is 24 months.
9. Liability
LED AUTO is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Minor breaches of duty shall only entail liability if essential contractual obligations are violated.
We accept no liability for indirect damages, especially not for lost profits.
10. Privacy
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy available at www.ledauto.eu/privacy-policy.
By using our site, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the policy.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
