Shipping Policy – LED AUTO

Information on the Delivery Area

We deliver to Germany, all EU countries (excluding Ireland), and selected non-EU countries. Orders for Ireland will be shipped from our Irish warehouse.

Shipping Costs Within Germany
Shipping cost within Germany is 4.75 EUR per order. For orders over 95.00 EUR, shipping is free. Delivery will be made by UPS within approximately 1–2 working days.

Shipping Costs to EU Countries
For all EU countries (except Ireland), the shipping cost is 14.75 EUR per order. Delivery takes approximately 4–5 working days via UPS. Free shipping is not currently offered for EU destinations.

Shipping Costs to Non-EU Countries
For non-EU countries including Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (mainland), and all other non-EU destinations, the shipping cost is 29.75 EUR per order. Delivery takes approximately 7 working days via UPS.
Possible import duties or payment fees are to be borne by the buyer.

Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom (mainland), and other non-EU destinations upon request

Please note:
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CET) will be shipped the same day, provided payment has been received.

Returns & Withdrawal
If you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For bulky goods that cannot be returned by regular parcel, return costs may amount between 20 – 100 EURO depending on country and location.
