Heat is the enemy of any high-performance LED. It kills brightness and shortens lifespan. So, we've built a robust thermal management system to keep the LG5017 running cool and reliably. Heat is drawn from the chip via a pure copper plate—with thermal conductivity 60 times higher than ordinary aluminium—and transferred through a copper PCB. From there, an aluminium shell provides a large surface for heat dissipation, while a built-in, dual ball silent fan provides active and efficient cooling. It’s a complete system.

To protect this system, an intelligent temperature control IC constantly monitors the bulb’s working temperature and automatically adjusts power output to maintain optimal performance without overheating. This ensures a long, dependable service life. Installation is a straight swap for your old H4 bulbs. No cutting wires, no complex modifications.
